  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. 

  1. What's your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to obtain an authorization for a return or exchange. More info here: Return Policy

  1. Can I cancel my order?

We are always happy to assist you in changing, modifying or even cancelling your order. It is important to contact us immediately so we can adjust your order before it gets processed and shipped. For that reason, any order cancellations or modifications must be made within 24 hours of an order was placed. Any shipping charges on orders cancelled after they have shipped is the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Do I have any warranty?

As authorized dealers all equipment listed in our store will include the full manufacturers warranty.
